Where can I find an online resource for web graphics?

Just simple one's such as; a Shopping Trolley, a Mouse (not the squeaking kind), something for 'email', 'delivery' - that sort of thing.

I've trawled a few sites but they all seem full of pop-ups & general c*!p.

Just do a search on 'free clipart', or 'free icons'. You have to be prepared to search around a bit. You will get a lot of pop-ups and junk.

I buy a lot of images from iStockPhoto, they have some icons. See these for example:
