Printing an email with embedded images in Outlook

I'm trying to print out an html email that has embedded images using Outlook 2K3. (of the form:
    <img width=608 height=727 id="_x0000_i1029" src="cid:image002.jpg@01C73366.C7882E60">)

I can't get the images to show on the printout. I've tried saving as html but of course the img path is the email message. I also tried printing to pdf which has the same problem so it doesn't seem it's related to the printer but rather the ability of Outlook.

Does anyone know of a way top do this?

A print screen could do as a workaround (for now)?

My favourite in not being able to print a range of pages from a lengthy correspondance.

Strange thing in Outlook 2003 - View a message as plain text and you can't print a page range(just all, odd or even) - change to view it as HTML and the option magically appears.

So as long as you're sure there's no embedded nasties, just click to forward the email (don't need to put an address in), change to HTML format, and print.

Pain in the proverbials workaround, but a workaround none the less

Don't know if this would work for embedded images too, but think it does (for some reason don't have that problem here).

Think it may have something to do with the MS KnowledgeBase Article saying you need to update Internet Explorer if you're using Outlook 2002 (from Office XP)

Thanks Chris - I am using 2003 but the workaround is most useful
