Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri - Im awake at 6:30am to go to college.
Wed, Sat - Up at 7:30am for work.
Sun - Whenever really, depends what is going on.

I wake up when the alarm wakes me. A 7 1/2 year old landing on your bed at 6.30 am is guaranteed more effective than any radios, bells and whistles.
