livejournal traffic

Just looking at my awstats, and I notice I'm getting a lot of inbound traffic from different users on livejournal. I have noticed the odd one or two in the past, but now there are loads of them, but only one or two hits from each one. The format of the external link is always:
<username>/livejournal.com/friends

Don't think so. My ads should only show up in search engines. I've got Content Network turned off.
