It's funny you should say that, because just after moderating your post I nipped off to annex East Germany.

Not really, but I'm a bit oversensitive about trying to keep the forum friendly - it's a huge resource for new customers and although the odd post can come across as a bit naive to us hard-nosed posters, I still want them to have a good experience.

I hope that doesn't sound too big brothery.

I only wrote "sheesh" as the smilies no longer work for me. It would have been the rolleyes smilie of course. I have helped him extensively too with his many posts, that just stunk of total laziness and dependancy or "the forum will do this for me", it was only 2 inches above his post that he needed to look, especially as guidelines for using the forum are now posted.

Having said that i take on board your point and i shall try not to electronically remove my hair in the forum.
