Fab - I LOVE them - though think they should have been called Bettys lancashirehotpots

Wish they had been playing this last weekend - I'd have gone to see them as I was in St Helens most of the weekend (family live there)

I was actually born and brought up in Newton Le Willows - grandparents lived in St Helens and Dad worked pretty much all his life at Pilkingtons. Mum & Dad moved back to St Helens 20 years ago, youngest sister moved back there 5 years ago and middle sister moved on Friday from Warrington back to Newton Le Willows. I'm the odd one out in that I live in the south!

You will be more than welcome, although I warn you our aim is to get our audience drunk, and dancing, by the end of the night! Are you up to the challenge?

That's the current CD in the car at the moment. Highroyds was just down the road from Mrs Jont's old house and is as scary as hell .. apparently the bus from Leeds used to take a detour round there at night and everyone would sit clutching the seat in a slight nervous terror
