Error on PC start-up

Grasping at straws here but since the 3rd/4th April, on starting up PC, I get the attached error.

Has anyone seen this before? I've searched the internet but cannot locate any helpful information. It may have started just after a windows update but I cannot be definate.

their soundcard SUCKS anyhow.

You can't really blame realtec for this. Their driver worked fine until Microsoft issued a bug fix a few days ago that was incompatible. Microsoft fixed their bug fix with a new release today.
