Couldn't find a better forum to ask this in, but has anyone who has tried recently to reach Sure Solutions sales department had trouble? I've tried several times over the last week to reach them, and finally left a voicemail today. I typically try mid-afternoon EST with no luck. I am ready to order the Business version and a few other things, but I'm getting concerned that maybe their support is as hard to reach as their sales.
