Not like me to be so prejudiced actually, but the avatar pic threw me. I apologise. A lesson in life indeed.

Just remembered. I really enjoyed The Undertones last year (the `new` singer is better... fact ;-) ). Biggest letdown? Primal Scream.

Best gig experiences have been Broken Social Scene and also Arcade Fire. Also Pulp in '97 was proper excellent (apart from the scouse girl shouting 'Jarvis! Jarvis!' in my ear throughout the gig).

I'm off to the Truck Festival next month for a weekend of obscure indie and organic ale. Bliss.

Pretty good. Had a good gig on Saturday and had lots of people along (in a teeny tiny pub venue). Next step is to record an ep and starting sending that to everyone who vaguely has anything to do with music.

You can check the new website here: http://www.kidandconundrum.com/ - it's designed by (hem hem) a very good friend of mine (i.e. me).

Looks cool Chris, the samples sound good too.

At the risk of loosing all credibility - I have to confess I went to see Cliff Richard in JNB a couple of months ago.

My Brother in Law was desparate to go, I was the only soul polite enough to go with him.

LMFAO - now that is brave, fair play.
I like Opera, been as we're airing our washing online.
I hate Jazz and Heavy Metal though.

well as we're confessing...I'm a classically trained singer

Oh..and aged 17, I went to see Vanilla Ice in concert

See...you all knew there was something wrong with me, didn't you?
                      LOL

Current tastes are still classical mostly, mixed with Evanescence and Nirvana, Def Leppard, Skid Row... I'm not a very "current" music person on the whole! (actually, I am weird lol)

                        omg. pwnage.

on a side note, evanescence were at download, and they sucked.

in fact, she was bottled. and a guy behind me shouted:

"i'm only here for my girlfriend, now sing bitch".

                        the cruelness of it all.
