    Goodmorning

It has been interesting watching the community come to life over the past couple of hours...

Being in Australia puts me 10 hours ahead of the UK.

Whilst I have been working away at the computer today and being logged into the community I've been able to see who the insomniacs are, who the late night workers are and who the early riser is...

    Last night's awards go to:

    Early Riser: Duncan Rounding
Late Night Worker: Lee Hackett & Jo
    Insomniac: Valley Decor

Your right Remmo, I find it interesting to see who joins me in the (UK) morning - often it's Jan, whose usually an early bird too.

Robert (Valley Decor) is in the US so I guess he's probably about 6 hours behind the UK.

Lee... well, does he sleep at all?

I suppose that means he doesn't really qualify for the insomniac award then.

By the time I'm 60, i reckon i will have been awake for 48 of those years, whereas your average Jo, will have been awake for only 42 years of their life.

I have plenty of time to sleep when i croak it, until then i will only spend any minute i really need to in bed. I often get questioned about my sleeping pattern, my pops thinks i'm just plain mad, but i just don't really ever feel tired. It gets to 5am and i think i should really go to bed, not that i feel tired. I wake up at 10-10:30 and start the process again. Wife is chuffed, i'll be doing the late night feeds shortly.

It's hard to explain, but if you said to me now that you needed me to stay awake for the next 2 days, i could just do it - the key is having my brain engaged, if it is not, then i can sleep like anybody else.

I try to go to bed every night, but come the morning, I look in the obituries, if my name isn't in there, I get up.
from then on, the day's much like any other
