Tracey, i have some good news for you, i cracked it at last.
No BS - i created a product layout with 32 blockifs last night and i got every single one the right way round.

The formula is to forget the word 'block', that is what buggers us up. Read it as 'if' not 'block if' - works perfectly.

As for the forum, just select block user, it works great.

Meantime..I'm gonna be chanting in my sleep to make myself forget the word "block"!

You can block users - in fact I find that a very useful feature. Click on the username, view public profile, and top right of the main content area is a little link to 'Add user to my ignore list'.

I can see how people would find using the ignore feature useful.
I'm way too nosey to put anyone on ignore LOL

Well, I've added the sub-forums. I'm not 100% convinced they are a good idea, but I'm happy to wait and see.

Another change - the 'Report Bad Post' link (which has only been used about 5 times ever) has been replaced by a 'Recommend for Knowledge Base' link. This can be used to suggest to us any posts which you think should be added to the knowledge base.

Eventually, the wiki thing will kick in and take care of this - but it's a good first step.
