Oh how the other half live some of us a still working, mind you took the car back home and got the bike out the garage as it was such a sunny morning here. Could be a trip out tomorrow morning at some greasy spoon with a load of hariy arsed bikers.

Okay CatWoman, pre-season training today will consist of a seven lap warm up, at speed seven. When doing shuttles and changing direction my players will do seven squats with seven sets of shuttle runs. Finishing of with (approx) seven a side, first team to score seven goals wins.

Any complaints I'll forward 'em on to you.
