Who do you like to get it from?

Lets say you are ordering a box of something largish and reasonably fragile on the net.

Which courier would you like to see turn up and which would strike fear into your soul?

I'm asking because City Link seem to have gone to pot with far too many mis-sorts to my best customers and many missed deliveries and false cardings. They are good for not damaging the goods and they are cheap. I'm looking at DHL.

Business Post today - ordered 5pm last night for a CF card (ready to take some underwater pics in Wales next week) .. and it had been delivered before I arrived at work! Didn't even have to spend time signing for it

We used BP for a while but found the level of damage was quite high. That and the highland surcharge (£19 for a 2kg pack) put us off in the end.
