    Any Photoshop Experts?

I have a black and white line drawing that someone has done but I need to replace the entire "white" colour with another one.

Its a bit complicated to use the magic wand (I could but it would take a while) to select each individual white portion.

Is there a quicker way to change the entire white to a different colour?

    Hope this makes sense!
    Thanks

Show us the image would be a good idea. Provide a link or attach it. Sounds like a copy layer, extract the black, (not the white) onto clear background and then change colour of underneath layer to what you want it to be.

hi, havent done this for a while but i would try this.
Back up the origina file first just in case!

In photoshop: image mode / RGB
In photoshop: image / adjustments/ selective colour

This will open a small window, make sure you select 'absolute'

From the pull down menu select 'white' in the colour list

Make sure preview box is ticked

Move the sliders around to change colour / hue / density etc.

Apologies David, i read the forum the opposite way round to most (i think) i.e. new posts are at the top for me, so i don't have to scroll. Sorry for the confusion, glad you are sorted.
