Yeah i guess because it has been so reliable for so long, i took it for granted. I guess MSN or yahoo can be a backup, i don't really know of any others tbh.

I am thinking of of placing two numbers (fixed and VoIP), don't know if it will confuse the issue though??

I have a fixed line detailed on contact details and my skype status on all pages for direct skype contact. I don't explain or mention it as people who have skype can use it (who know about it), people who want to know what it is can find out, and people not interested can just use the fixed line. I think it is easy to overdo things in this area, if people want to get hold of you, they will find a way i guess. The Ozzie guy rang my number instead at 1.15am, so that only proves my point lol.
