Forgive me but how can it be emergency scheduled, if it is an emergency then it needs doing now, if it is scheduled then it is planned so cant be an emergency?

How long will they over-run this time, why not start at 02:00 and have a fighting chance of being ok by 07:00 when most people might start using the system

(thinking UK tradeing not the colonies old and new.)

perhaps, its too early to get out of bed, a bit like the support lines, office hours only

not sure these people understand the web is 24/7
