tbh, I'm rarely tired when I force myself to bed ("other half" starts complaining when it gets to about 1am)
I'm way more knackered when I get up in the morning...the more I sleep, the worse I feel.
Mind you, it's a good job really coz I'm usually heading to bed about 1.30 and the kids are up about 6 so it's not like I'm getting much sleep anyway
