Free FTP Software - Uploading at Intervals

Not sure if this is in the correct section but is there an FTP software that I could use that allows scheduling, so i can schedule times to do automatic uploads???

Ive seen FTP Voyager that has this feature but its shareware
I am generally using Filezilla at the moment, but i cant see this feature anyway on the version I have.

Just curious if there is a freeware FTP program that allows this.

you need something that can sync two folders.

there are millions of such tools. google 'em.
