Transfer to Actinic hosting - IPS Tag

Hi all.

Has anyone tried to transfer a domain in to Actinic hosting from another provider and been asked to provide an IPS tag from Actinic? My existing provider is an agent for 123-reg and seem to want to control the whole process, and are asking for the tag. I can't seem to find the appropriate tag anywhere to hand.

Any help/thoughts/suggestions on this and the whole transfer process would be greatly appreciated.

If you do a "who is" look up on the internet it will show your existing TAG against your domain name.
