Online Task Manager Software

I'm looking for some online software to do the following:

Task Manager
Diary/Calendar - preferably shareable
Text message reminders

There are few out there - just wondered if anyone had any recommendations.

I use thunderburd and the calendar plugin for thunderbird.

it integrates with google calendars, making it a desktop application that multiple people can share.

it can be fiddly to set up.

Actinet will be getting a plugin to manage daily shop tasks, messages, tasks, and telephone calls. It will be linked into your Actinic, But not for a few months.

Thanks - really need something that will do SMS reminders of events/entries in calendar.

Preferably both - calendar/diary will only be for 2 people which needs to be shared and with SMS to remind either or both.

push email was the thing that swung it along with the proper keyboard on the curve

it also means i know i can be in touch wherever i am regardless of laptop and www connection

Kathy- google calendar does have the ability to send notifications via SMS
