Are you processing these transactions yourself, not using a PSP to do them?

We binned our pdq terminal and now do everything (online and manual) via securehosting.
I'm sure about the Cardnet rates - 0.2 - 0.5% less than we were paying Streamline.

Strange we changed from Cardnet to Streamline and saved about 30-40% on charges

This may be related to the number of orders though as cardnet start at I think £25.00 for a certain number of transactions and after that number they put the boot in

Also the problems with MOTO accounts wanting vast sums to set up whilst streamline was free
