Problems with a customer & order

I've just copied and pasted that entire sentence into G**gle and got 64,000 results.

Looks a bit American to me..... so may not comply with EU DSR's?

It's nothing to do with the DSR its about when you accept a order and make the contract,i.e. not at 02:30 when someone places an order on your server but when you say OK I accept that order, Your Terms and Conditions
