3rd Party Delivery

We use a 3rd party for our delivery services.
They in turn use XXX, turns out the company that we pay money to has not or is now in dispute with XXX. Now all our collections of the last two days are being held by XXX due to dispute with the 3rd party we pay to deliver our goods.
Where do we stand? how "owns" our parcels?, do we have any rights to them?

I would imagine the goods are yours unless there is a clause in the t+c's of the 3rd party to say different. Go to the depot and get them.
