Ebay to ban sellers leaving negative feedback for buyers

I forgot to say I also point the customers to the "returns policy" that is found on the website.

anyway back to topic.

the moment we dispatch goods we send them the dispatch email and also leave feedback. we have already seen one or two customers that gave us positive feedback and mentioned specifically about this

converting customers: in the past month or two we had customers after finding us on A or P coming over to our site and buying the games.

Ebay customers are a bit harder to convert but we have converted some in the past

How is it going on Play? They don't sell many of our products. Can you create your own products from barcodes like in amazon?

P is great for us because it has always been associated with our products.

unfortunately you cannot add new products which cause us a bit of a problem.

I guess they are making sure the systems and back end are sorted before starting to add this functionality.

I'll keep my eye on it.
