I like the 'NEW!' knowledgebase star - good idea.

I know..I noticed it over the weekend
It keeps catching my eye which can only be a good thing!

Can I just say too, while I'm here, that I have used the knowledge base a few times lately and it IS a huge improvement!

how does it work?

I only ask because one of my clients phoned actinic and was given the incorrect answer to a basic question. I want to get actinic to add the correct reply to the KB so support can give out the correct answer in future

Yeah - the star is fairly unsubtle isn't it. That was the idea. We will be pushing the knowledge base a lot more over the next few weeks. There are a huge number of articles on there (much more than the old knowledge base) and we'd love you to submit any articles, or just if you spot a good solution on the Community, use the 'Report to Administrator' function on the community to tell us about it and we'll get it added.
