Royal Mail website secure?

I tried to order some stamps but there is no golden padlock, even though it says it is secure. Does this mean it isn't?

Have you changed browser lately, in IE7 padlock has moved up to by the address bar?

yea, i'm pretty sure i couldn't see it, i had to order anyway seeing as they seem to have a monopoly on postage stamps for some reason

i sent an email through to let to let them know and they emailed me with a phone number to call another dept..... why the hell should i sort out their problems? jess... you try to do someone a favour!

LOL Dee, drives me mad too when departments will not cascade info and want you to do it instead.

It looks to me as if it goes to SSL when you're asked to log in (complete with Golden Padlock and everything).

yea. there was no padlock there when i went to enter my card details. maybe i missed something. thanks for looking though.
