Rooibos tea for me normally but I do like an odd strong working mans mug o' tea.
I hardly drink coffee, although I do love the smell of freshly ground beans.
Tea these days, and decaf coffee, on the odd occasions, meals and the likes normal coffee but not anymore. I had to go cold turkey last year too much caffeine
cant beat a nice class of cool vimto... in fact think ill go get one now

I wonder how many people on the forum know what this is.
I start with coffee and then switch between tea and coffee as I get fed up with the taste of one or the other. Late in the evening I'll head for decaff herbal teas - Rooibos included.
