has 'NewPosts' stopped working on the forum

normally, I search for an 'newposts' on the forum as this prings back just the new onces since I last visited, but it seems to have stopped working.
when I http://community.actinic.com/search.php?do=getnew

I get the last 24hrs worth rather than just the new once

has anyone else noticed this, has it been changed by the moderators - its just a pain in the *rse to find out how far I got reading the threads

No it's working fine for me - I always use the forum that way.

If you have read all messages or the search time for the 'getnew' has expired then you will get the message you mention.

its late, I wasn't logged in because I've been experimenting with Opera 9.5

my brain hurts, and there is not a lot of hope for the rest of the week
