We often find ourselves copying "standard" text into fields (for instance when processing a smallish number of Amazon orders), so we type the text in the first order, select it, and Ctrl C followed by Ctrl V to copy it into each of the subsequent orders. It would be really useful to temporarily hold more than just one item of standard text this way, so Ctrl V would drop one piece of text into a field, and some other shortcut would drop another piece of text into another field - is this possible in Vista?

Thanks Duncan - I'll have a look at these.
Someone here has also come up with an idea that seems to work well and "doesn't require much training". Create (and save) a Word document with as many standard pieces of text as you need, on different lines. Simply select the text from the document (left click mouse and drag, or click in the margin to the left of the required text), then drag the selection into the web field whilst pressing Ctrl so that it adds it to the web form rather than moving it. Quite quick with a bit of practice.
