We use Business Post for the bulk of our deliveries & find them very good & cheap.
They aren't competitive on foreign shipments, those going to Scotland etc so for these we have used Interlink Express who were very cost effective. Our usage with them was sporadic but some weeks a lot of wholesale orders go abroad.
In their infinite wisdom they have decided that every invoice must have a minimum charge of £40, even if you pay by direct debit. So today invoice arrives for the 1 parcel at £9 with a £29 surcharge!
After moaning to customer services with no joy ( who admitted that they have had lots of small business closing their account) I'm on a hunt for a new courier, so any recommendations greatfully received.
Average box weight is between 10 & 30kg & mainly going to Scotland, Aus, NZ etc.
