do you guys who use kapersky AV (not internet pack) just AV run any spyware progs as well.

I have uninstalled spybot as it is incompatible but was wondering if i ought to be running something else

yep i couldn't get on with the spam control, i find mail washer much easier (MW deletes from the mailserver which helps tremeduosly when using webmail)

I used the trial for IS for a day before trashing it in favour of AV only.

Big fan of MW but can't use it for now since we have moved to Exchange. I used to use IS and MW and just turn IS spam control off. We signed up to First Alert on MW which worked very well, I don't know whether you've tried it.

I use K with Adaware. I don't often run Adaware mind.
I also didn't want K IS as I wanted to keep ZAPro.
