Designer help needed

Hi there,

I have had my site running on v8 for about a year and would like to have some professional help on a number of aspects.

Including:
- Review overall look and feel. Improve presentation
- Improve usability and make adding content more straightforward
- SEO
- Analytics: advice on best way forward to measure user behaviour and effectiveness of campaigns (GA plus any other tools that might be relevant)
