Your most listened to album at the moment...

For me its the Goo Goo Dolls - Greatest Hits Vol 2.

I just think its the dogs danglies. About time these guys got more coverage in the UK and this ablum might just be the one to do it. They've a huge back catalog (see what I did there?) and so many excellent songs throughout.

    ***** awarded.

    And yours?

I usually listen to the radio or fall asleep in front of the TV, I don't find too much time to listen to music unless I'm on the plane or waiting in airport lounges in which case I listen to some podcasts.

When I do listen to my music it's usually in the car when the radio reception is fading. I have the Eagles 'Long Road Out Of Eden' in the player for such an occasion.

discounting the 42nd Street soundtrack (because I can ) ....mine is probably 3 Doors Down - Seventeen Days
          Love that!
although the new Metallica has been played a fair bit too lately

Do I have to limit it to just one George?

The missus never has The Ting Tings off the stereo at the moment for a start. I'm going through a bit if an old skool revival at the moment and can't stop playing ABC's Lexicon of Love. The Silencers are never usually too far away from my stereo and at the moment it's "A Blues for Buddha" I'm listening too.

George, you would be ashamed of how little new music I have bought recently!!!

I did however manage to discover The Adventures Broken Land single the other week there, anyone remember that? Classic!?!?!?!?!?!
            Cheers

Yeah it does a bit! I also think I may be one of probably 3 people on the forum who know who The Silencers are!

I'd say me, Fergus and possibly Bill so that'd be four!

Oh, and the gig on Friday has probably the most unusual setlist I've ever heard from SLF. One of my musichead pals said it was the best ever, whereas I actually marked it down a bit from normal. Included Roaring Boys and When The Wall amongst a few other hardly ever played tracks. No new songs at all, but glad they included Barbed Wire Love. Theres a couple of cracking vids of the crowd on youtube from Liquid Rooms but the sounds a bit poor (as it often is with fan vids). Ended up in the front row for the second encore (AU) and was more than happy that my outstretched paw grabbed Jakes plectrum on the final whistle. I dont really wear much band tee's but they have loads of new merch this time round.

I got sent home from school once for wearing a SLF raised fingers t-shirt, philistines!

Was a cracking punch up the last time I was at the Liquid Rooms, about 4 boys against one giant 30 stone beast of a man, it didn't last very long and from memory they were all singing together by the end of the night!
