Exchange Server Hosting - email

Does anyone use/know of a host offering a bulletproof Microsoft Exchange Server Hosting serivce for a couple of email addresses, preferably with excellent UK based support?

Don't use their Exchange service, we have a dedicated server with them and more than happy with service and up time.

I've been using Hostlogic for a while and they are very good. They have recently rebranded to Genesis: http://www.genesis.co.uk/

Update - we went with Rackspace, service has been very impressive so far. We transferred from 1&1, who are very good at most things, but appalling at Exchange hosting, both in terms of the service, and customer support.
