Is anyone out there using this version?
We recently upgraded from V10 to this version and all is fine with one exception. When we create a new invoice and enter the customer code, if customer is not existing go to create a new customer. All is OK until click SAVE new customer record and then it sit there forever saving the record.
Spoken to Sage who say that this program is much bigger than the V10 and we need to clear out lots of transactions - did some of that but no difference. Also compacted database and made no difference.
Just wondered if anyone else had same problem?
