and I should be no exception to the rule...
The problem was the time for users not logged in was, as per Tracey's report to me, an hour out!
This it, turns out, was as a result of the default system DST setting being incorrect, for logged in users the DST is taken from the user profile and over rides the system setting - hence logged in users were getting the correct time.
It still amazes me that DST and timezones are an issue in computing, I thought we had solved this kind of thing %$ years ago?
