    firefox extension for image compression

as it says above - does anyone know of a FF extension to select image quality of downloaded images within websites - abit like onspeed offers. all i can find is an option to turn images off, but this is not great as sites get distorted by alt tags

I Tried it and it seems quite good.

Jo, I don't think you can do what you want. Onspeed works on image compression beause it intercepts the pages on it's own servers and compresses the data and images there before sending them to your PC.

If you're doing it on your PC it would have to download the whole image before compressing it, which kind of defeats the purpose.
