New Computer - XP or Vista

I saw an interview with some guy from Microsoft demonstrating windows 7 recently and he was saying that Windows 7 is really just a new user interface for Vista.
Vista is fine for most things. It's useless for old games programs which shouldn't nother you for a business PC (but is a pain on a home PC when your son wants to run old games handed down from his cousins).
My main problem with windows upgrades in particular is that they keep changing the way you do things. If I ever have a network problem on a Vista machine I can never work out where anything is or how to fix it.
There's nothing wrong with XP and it works the way it always has. Me, I'd stick with it for a business machine.

Vista
If you are using older versions of Dreamweaver or Photoshop stick with XP as they are not vista compatible, also I find Vista is very erratic in the time it takes to copy and delete files, when it's good it's very good and when it's bad--go have a 3 course meal while you wait.
Having said that I have a vista laptop and it works well apart from the issues above.Steve Griggs.
