LOL know that feeling! Wish I could nod off - I went to bed at 10.30 but woke up about 45mins ago in agony (have bad back at moment) and just about managed to crawl out of bed and downstairs as I thought if I didn't move then I never would again. Now trying to work out how to pass the next 5.5hrs before Physio appointment!

Its amazing how many ideas you get floating around your head when you're awake at this time, by the morning they're all gone unless you make a note! I've got about a dozen emails to myself waiting to be read upstairs now!!

Going to give it another go now and try and get some shut eye, don't fancy the a66 half asleep
