Don't think my website is a modified box-product, I build it all from scratch I am over 1,000,000 uniques per year now, so that's great.

When you go into a shop, you can see where the crowd of people are, see what's popular and see what people are looking at. Why can't it be the same on a website? This is truly moving towards Web 2.0. Compare with car manufacturer/dealer sites and you see the difference, if people want Flash-based glossy brochure sites, there are plenty out there. Mine is so much more than an online brochure, it encourages audience participation.

Then again, so does stoning people to death in Saudi Arabia.

Nobody could challenge the fact that you are different Ling, that's for sure. I like the idea if not the finished product, but challenging the norm and enthusiasm for a website is always good to see. Web 2.0 look out, Ling is about!

How many of those visitors come through the 'web community' (ie. from forums/sites such as this, web developer forums, etc)? I'd be surprised if it weren't the vast majority. It's always fun to reminisce and this is very much what we are doing here.
