    Hi there,

    I have been researching marketing in the UK and found the average UK business loses 20% of their customers each year. Work it out. Frightening.

    ps.. I forgot to mention that the 20% loss of customer base is suplemented and replaced by another 20% of customers due to natural expansion and the way retail works. So your loss of revenue by my calculations will only be affected by spending more money chasing your tail trying to keep the 20% that will either never buy from you again, have moved, have died or you have p*****d off beyond endurance.
