Internal Search Terms Carried through to checkout

Hey guys,

I have a vague memory of seeing a thread discussing how to keep a record of the the internal search used before purchasing a product.

Could someone confirm whether I'm making it up or point me in the right direction please?

I've searched the forum and KB using terms like:

• Internal search
• carrying search term through checkout
• search term used before purchase

But in the immortal words of Bono "I still haven't found what I'm looking for"
