Internet only businesses running a 9-5 work schedule are what make me laugh, I find that hilarious.

Yea, but it's more powerful when it's there in your face, like putting chocolate bars at the checkout

LOL, yes these queues at the checkouts make them lots of money, part of the plan. B&Q are the same.

the ones who get me are the ones who have been on the website and seen the prices.
Then they call you and a) ask how much it is and b) expect it to be cheaper than the website??!!
            What's with that? LOL

do these same people also believe that it's cheaper to buy their Tesco's bread and milk online than it is in the store?
no but people choose whether to drive to tesco or asda.

go to the biscuit aisle and i defy you to buy only one pack

the thing about the internet being cheaper mostly revolves around the fact you can search dozens of shops in 5 mins - thus find the cheapest deal which could be because the product is

              a loss leader
              on offer
being sold by a B&M with low rent
              overstocked / end of season
sold by a `store with better buying power
              etc etc

The kites is not, but the unit sizes and costs i fully understand due to being heavily involved in rent renewals and new build costing at the moment

The fact my missus can order 3 bags of cat litter, 2 slabs of cat food and 24 pints of milk and not have to carry or push them any further than from the front door to the kitchen was enough to have her sold on the idea .
