image conversion

i have 2 old files dates 2002, one is a Freehand .FH10 file the other is Illustrator .AI file

does anyone know if there is an online converter for these types of files so i can get them as png, or is there anyone out there who can convert them for me.

Both images are the same so i only need one doing

I have illustrator if you want to me do an export...?
