    Problems with exporting catalog information

    I have changed my prices in Actinic but when I export a csv report from Actinic and open it in Excel it has the old prices on it.
    I have created a new snapshot and have rebooted my system but it still exports the old information.
    Please can anyone help!

    Are you using external linking?
    Are you sure where the export is being saved?
    Does the export actually fully complete? - check the file data and time.

    Try compacting the database.

      What version of Actinic are you using?

      I had a similar issue a while back - Actinic would not export fully - and had to get the next Actinic update to fix it.

      If compacting does not solve it you may need to open a support ticket with Actinic.

        Hanna, can you also provide us with some further information, which version are you using would be a good start.
