Phone PBX System
I have just brought what must be the cheapest and easiest PBX available on the Market the Orchid PBX308 at with bits and pieces £150. size of A4 or small notebook
Basically it takes up to 3 incomming lines and 8 internal extentions and works as expected, includes "Dial one for sales, Two for spotty teenager who knows nothing, Three for accounts who never ring back" etc.
Can also play music, bar some phones from dialing out etc
Also smaller and larger versions available

We did look at VOIP but decided to stay on landline for proven line quality every call
