Freight Forwarder Recommendations?

For a variety of reasons we've parted company with the freight forwarder we use for imports. As there are several thousand to choose from, can anyone here recommend a good one for seafreight imports? Ideally I'm looking for a company based in the South, perhaps with offices in Southampton or Felixstowe, and one that offers a good level of personal service.
