      Roughly translates to:

Very honoured customer, thank you for your email. They got this email address of one of our support coworkers mentioned, around to one of their support tickets due to be able to send attachments at us. Please also in the future exclusively use this email address after request by one of our coworkers, since this p.o. box is worked on only after arrangement. Thank you for your understanding Its NTT Europe on-line team

From what I can gather, the e-mail basically is in reply to your e-mail.

Presumably you e-mailed their Support for an issue not yet raised through telephone support.

The e-mail address you have sent the mail to is only to be used for support issues with a ticket number.

IE. Your e-mail is being ignored because you sent it to the wrong mailbox

I have to say that if my website on a UK based server was moved to a German server I would seriously consider moving hosts. There are different views on this but IMO there is a risk from an SEO point of view, even though you are operating .co.uk websites.

I agree - not only is there risks in terms of SEO, but then...well, the OP just proved my point

I am considering moving to a UK based server unfortunately I have just recentl renewed my annual contract with them so will have to wait a bit. Before Verio changed to NTT Europe all was well and good. But now they have even moved the office I deal with over to Germany.

                Time to move methinks

Even so, if you do start to see a fall-off in visitors and/or an obvious worsening in SERPs results, it might be worth you cutting your losses and moving. Hopefully it won't happen, but it might.
