I think there is some good stuff in there. Number 1, not providing enough detail on products is almost inexplicable. Sometimes I shop and want to buy, but can't because there's isn't sufficient detail about the product I'm considering to be able to make a decision. Carzy.

IMO, merchants should ensure that they have got the right level of product detail before they even think about more sophisticated things.
