Actinic Webinar Question: Does Actinic Business Plus work with Quickbooks 2003?

I just attended the Actinic Webinar about upgrading to Business or Enterprise.

1. Start time 11:00am. Logged on at 10:55. No action until 11:15. After logging on a number of times.

2. I do not have a microphone, which I stated on the keyboard entry terminal. I asked a question, I even raised my hand but got totally ignored and then the webinar ended.

I'm looking forward to the next one - not

Hi Keith

I’m very sorry to yourself and all others involved in the Webinar today for the delays at the beginning.

Although we have done several run-throughs prior to the live run, we did not foresee the failure of our microphone. We will in future ensure we have a spare on-hand.

As for your questions remaining unanswered, again I am sorry for this.

The software used today is new to us, and we are not yet at full speed. I did not see your raised hand or typed question. If I am honest I am not sure if this was the software letting me down, or if I was a fault. I will of course investigate.

Apologies again for the hiccups, I am sure that the next Webinar will run much more smoothly.

The question was "Can Business / Business Plus link to Quickbooks 2003?"

The answer is yes. But only one way - from Actinic to Quickbooks

I had a similar bad experience with the last webinar (actinic payments) i couldnt get any sound from it, it took so long to log in the webinar was 10 mins in before i started to see it.

I emailled actinic with my less than enthusiastic comments - no reply

Is it possible for a recording of the webinars to be made available to listen to after the event so those interested could listen to them at a convenient time as I am sure many would be interested to listen but may be too busy to commit to a set time webinar.
